In 2011, I graduated in one of the best schools in the Philippines with degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering. I started working at the same year. I became a licensed Electronics Engineer in 2012 while I'm already working as a test and install engineer for a project together with a large telecommunications company.

In 2014-2016, I worked on another telecommunications company as a Customer Delivery Manager. I used to speak with managers or even business owners. I always make sure that order/service updates are provided to them timely.

​

Though I had experience with telecommunications company, it didn't stop me to try other fields. With courage and humility, in 2019, I became a Virtual Assistant for a young CEO and Founder of a natural hair products company in UK. I used my experience in Customer Service to give assistance to my client when it comes to the following:

• answering emails from customers
• scheduling meetings
• order data entry
• research for some personal stuffs.

As I want to improve my skills, I had a training with the Filipino Virtual Assistance. I always want to learn new things and skills for me to be equipped on helping hardworking, driven individual for them to focus on other things and have time freedom instead of using it on some admin tasks.
